The rules for using doclub.tech. They are short: the Site is here to tell you about our products and to let you get in touch.
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the website doclub.tech (the “Site”), operated by DOCLUB FZ-LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“DOCLUB”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms cover the Site only. Use of the DOCLUB.TECH platform, AI Events and our services is governed by separate agreements with our clients.
2. Information on the Site
The Site describes our products and services for general information. It is not an offer and does not form part of any contract. Product capabilities, deployment times and other details may change and depend on the scope agreed with each client.
Interface examples, names, figures and session content shown on the Site are illustrations and do not describe real people, organisations or results.
3. Demo requests
When you submit a demo request, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are entitled to share them. Submitting a request does not oblige either party to enter into a contract. How we handle your details is described in the Privacy policy.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, films, software and the DOCLUB and DOCLUB.TECH names and logos — belong to DOCLUB or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to it. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use its content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Client names and other third-party trademarks are the property of their owners and are mentioned for identification only.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that breaks applicable law;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or related systems;
- interfere with the operation of the Site, including by sending automated or bulk requests;
- submit false information, spam or malicious code through the request form.
6. Third-party links and content
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, such as YouTube. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
7. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We take care to keep it accurate and running, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, DOCLUB is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or business arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes relating to the Site are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
10. Changes
We may change the Site and these terms at any time. The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
